What age is this bike suitable for?
Each model is designed for a specific age range — from our Balance Bike (ages 3-6) to the ET-02 Ultra (ages 8+) and 350W 20" (ages 9+). Check the product specs for the recommended age group. Always ensure your child can comfortably reach the handlebars and touch the ground with both feet.
Is this bike safe for my child?
Safety is our top priority. Our kids bikes feature speed limiters, key-start ignition, disc brakes, and sturdy frames. Select models are UL-certified. We recommend always using a helmet and protective gear, and adult supervision for younger riders.
Can I limit the top speed?
Yes! Most DuoDian kids bikes offer multiple speed modes so parents can set a lower speed limit while children are learning. The ET-01 and ET-02 series also feature key-start ignition for additional parental control.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by model, ranging from 5 miles (Balance Bike) to 15 miles (ET-01 MAX, ET-02 Ultra). Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, and speed mode. Full charging takes 3-5 hours.
