This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased directly from duodianbike.com.
Important: Some promotions or specific products may offer an extended trial/return period (for example, up to 90 days). If your order qualifies, the eligible period will be stated on the product page, in your order confirmation, or in the promotional terms. Otherwise, the standard return window below applies.
1) Eligibility & Proof of Purchase
- Returns are only accepted for products bought from this website.
- You must provide a valid order number or other proof of purchase from DUODIAN.
2) Standard Return Window
- Standard return window: 30 days from delivery (standard policy).
- To qualify, the product must be clean, free from serious wear, and in good working condition.
- All accessories, manuals, chargers, and tools must be included.
- Please keep the original packaging as intact as reasonably possible.
3) Return Reasons & Shipping Fees
- Quality/defect issues: If we confirm a manufacturing defect within the eligible period, we’ll provide a suitable resolution (repair, replacement, parts, or refund) depending on the case.
- Change of mind (non-quality): Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking/processing fee may apply if permitted by local law and disclosed during approval.
4) Non‑Returnable Situations (Examples)
- Abuse, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, grips, etc.) unless defective on arrival.
- Missing accessories, manuals, tools, or major packaging without prior approval.
- Returns requested outside the eligible period.
5) How to Request a Return
- Email support@duodianbike.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Share photos/videos if there is damage or a defect.
- Wait for return approval and instructions (do not ship back without approval).
- Pack the item securely and use the provided label/instructions (if applicable).
6) Refund Timing
- Refund processing starts after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions.
- PayPal refunds typically process within 48 hours after we approve/issue it.
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7–14 business days depending on your card issuer.
7) Damaged in Transit / Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the box, shipping label, and product. Keep all packaging.
