Shipping & Delivery
- How long does shipping take? 1–3 business days processing; ~4–7 working days delivery (contiguous U.S.)
- Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO? No. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR).
- Which carrier do you use? We work with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS (carrier may vary).
Orders & Cancellations
- Can I cancel my order? Yes, before it ships. Once shipped, it can’t be cancelled but you may request a return within the return window.
- Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax is charged where required by local law and shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
- What’s the return window? 30 days from delivery (standard policy).
- When will I receive my refund? PayPal refunds typically process faster; card refunds can take 7–14 business days depending on your issuer.
- What condition must items be in? Items should be clean, in good working condition, and include all accessories/tools/manuals.
Product Setup & Use
- How long does assembly take? Most rides arrive largely pre-assembled; final setup is typically 30–60 minutes.
- Do I need special tools? Usually no — basic tools are typically included unless noted.
- Can I ride in rain? Light rain and splashes are generally OK, but avoid deep water, heavy rain, and high‑pressure washing.
