Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
DuoDian currently ships to most addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is FREE for all DuoDian e-bikes and electric scooters within the contiguous U.S.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For most addresses in the contiguous U.S., delivery takes approximately 4–7 working days after dispatch.
4. Carriers
We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Local pickup is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives with visible damage, please contact our support team immediately at support@duodianbike.com. Keep all packaging and take photos to assist with filing a claim.
