This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from duodianbike.com, unless otherwise stated on the product page or in your order confirmation.
Warranty highlight: DUODIAN products are marketed with a 2-year warranty (as displayed on-site). Coverage details below explain what’s included and what’s excluded.
Warranty Period
- Standard: Up to 2 years from the original delivery date for eligible products.
- Different parts may have different coverage periods depending on product type and usage.
- The warranty is for the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by law.
What’s Covered (Examples)
- Manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, controller, display, wiring harness, and other electronic components.
- Battery defects related to materials/workmanship (capacity fade over time is normal; see exclusions).
- Defects in parts included in the original box at time of delivery.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear: tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, cosmetic scratches, etc.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, overloading, stunts, racing, water immersion, or negligence.
- Unauthorized modifications or use of non‑DUODIAN chargers/batteries/parts.
- Routine maintenance and adjustments.
- Consumables and accessories unless defective on arrival.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@duodianbike.com with your order number.
- Provide the product model, serial number (if available), and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach photos/videos showing the problem and the overall condition of the product.
- We may provide troubleshooting steps, replacement parts, repair options, or a return authorization depending on the case.
Parts Replacement & Repairs
- If a covered defect is confirmed, we may ship replacement parts or arrange repair depending on the situation.
- If return shipping is required for warranty service, instructions will be provided after claim approval.
- In some cases, we may request that faulty parts be returned for inspection.
Safety & Proper Use
Always follow your user manual and safety instructions. For kids products, adult supervision is required. Wear proper protective gear (especially a helmet) and follow local laws.
