Common Questions
What age is each bike designed for?
The 12" balance bike fits ages 3–6 (up to 77 lbs). The ET-01 series and 16" e-bike fit ages 5–12 (up to 155 lbs). The 20" e-bike is for ages 9+ (up to 155 lbs). Always check the weight limit for your child.
How long does the battery last?
Range depends on model and riding conditions. The 12" balance bike runs 5–8 miles per charge. ET-01 MAX offers up to 18 miles. Charging takes 2–6 hours depending on battery size. We recommend charging after each ride.
Can my child ride in the rain?
Most models are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they handle light splashes. However, we don't recommend riding in heavy rain or through puddles. Always store the bike in a dry place and never submerge it in water.
How do I control my child's speed?
All bikes feature 3 speed modes (ECO/MID/HIGH) controlled via the LCD display. Parents can set the speed level before the child rides. The ECO mode limits speed to about 5–9 mph depending on the model.
What safety gear is recommended?
Always require a certified helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. Closed-toe shoes are essential. Ride in safe, private areas — never near traffic. Adult supervision is required for all young riders.
Is assembly required?
Minimal assembly is needed — typically attaching the front wheel and handlebars. Tools are included. The process takes about 15–30 minutes. A user manual with step-by-step instructions is included with every bike.
