⚡ Battery Safety & Charging Guidelines

Proper battery care extends life and prevents hazards:

  • Always use the original charger (100–240V AC, 50/60Hz). Third-party chargers may cause fire or damage.
  • Charge in a dry, ventilated area between 0°C and 40°C (32°F–104°F).
  • Never leave charging unattended overnight — disconnect when fully charged.
  • If not riding for 2+ weeks, charge the battery to 60–80% and recharge every 2 months. Batteries left at 0% for over 4 months may be permanently damaged.
  • Never expose to extreme heat — don't leave in a car trunk on hot days. Don't dispose of in fire.
  • Standby life: A fully charged scooter maintains power for approximately 180 days. The battery's smart chip monitors charge cycles.

🚫 Where NOT to Ride

  • Public highways or roads with motor vehicle traffic
  • Wet, icy, or muddy surfaces
  • Near swimming pools, lakes, or steep drop-offs
  • Indoors (may damage floors and carpets)
  • Steep slopes beyond your vehicle's climbing grade (15° for scooters, 20% for X4Pro)
  • At night without proper lighting (scooters have headlights; kids bikes should not be used after dark)

🔧 Maintenance Schedule

Component Frequency Action
Tire Pressure (pneumatic) Monthly Check and inflate with a standard pump
Brake Performance Before each ride Test both brakes; increase braking distance in wet conditions
Bolts & Fasteners Before each ride Ensure all screws are tight (especially stem and wheels)
Chain (kids bikes) Every 6 months Clean and apply lubricating oil
Front/Rear Axles Annually Grease bearings; check for wobble
Battery (if storing) Every 2 months Recharge to 60–80% even when not in use
Body & Frame Monthly Wipe with dry cloth. Never rinse with water directly.
