This page explains how DUODIAN handles order processing and delivery for purchases made on duodianbike.com.
Order Processing
- Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- If a specific dispatch time is shown on a product page, that information takes priority.
- If we cannot ship within a reasonable time due to inventory or logistics disruptions, we will email you with an updated schedule or offer a cancellation and full refund.
Delivery Areas
- Our primary focus is shipping to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- We currently do not ship to: PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR).
- Remote areas may require extra transit time or may not be serviceable. If your address can’t be served, we’ll contact you to change the address or cancel the order.
Delivery Methods
- We ship via trusted courier partners (ground or express services depending on destination and package size).
- Large products may ship in multiple boxes.
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.
- The email contains your tracking number and a tracking link.
- If tracking does not update within a few days, contact us at support@duodianbike.com with your order number.
Delivery Issues (Damaged / Lost / Marked Delivered)
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives with visible damage, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Keep all packaging.
- Take photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the product.
- We’ll help you file a carrier claim or arrange a suitable solution.
