How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range depends on your model, rider weight, speed, and terrain. The F20i offers about 10 miles, F20/F20Max about 18 miles, F30Pro about 25 miles, and F30Ultra up to 31 miles. These are tested at 75 kg rider weight and 18 km/h speed on flat ground.
Can I ride in the rain?
Our scooters are rated IPX4 water-resistant, which means they handle light rain and splashes. However, avoid heavy rain, puddles, or flooded roads. Water damage from submersion is not covered by warranty.
Solid tires vs pneumatic — which is better?
Solid tires (F20 series, F30Pro) never go flat and need zero maintenance — ideal for daily commuting. Pneumatic tires (X4Pro) offer better grip and shock absorption but can get punctured. Choose based on your priority: convenience or comfort.
What are the 3 speed modes?
ECO mode limits speed to about 6 mph (energy saving). D/Standard mode goes up to 12 mph (daily riding). S/Sport mode unlocks full speed up to 19–22 mph. Switch modes with a single button press while riding.
Does the scooter have an app?
F20, F20Max, F30Pro, F30Ultra, and X4Pro all support Bluetooth with the Tuya app. The app lets you lock/unlock the scooter, toggle cruise control, switch start modes, and monitor battery. Free on iOS and Android.
How long does charging take?
Charging time varies by battery size: F20i takes 5–7 hours, F20/F20Max 5–7 hours, F30Pro 5–10 hours, F30Ultra 5–10 hours. Always use the original charger. We recommend charging after every ride for best battery life.
