Speed Issues — Check speed mode (ECO/D/S). Short press power button to cycle modes.
Won't Start — If "NON-Zero start" is enabled, kick-push first then use throttle. Quick press power 4× to toggle start mode.
Bluetooth/APP Issues — Ensure Tuya app is installed. Turn scooter on before pairing. Keep phone within 3ft during setup.
Battery Won't Charge — Use original charger (100-240V AC). Charge in dry area between 0°C-40°C. Full charge takes 5-10 hours.

How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range varies by model: F20i covers ~12 miles, F20/F20Max ~15 miles, F30Pro ~25 miles, and F30ULTRA ~31 miles. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, speed mode, and temperature. We recommend Eco mode for maximum range.
Is this scooter waterproof? Can I ride in rain?
Our scooters have IPX4-IPX5 water resistance ratings, protecting against splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles, as this may affect electronic components and braking performance.
How long does it take to charge?
Full charge typically takes 4-6 hours depending on the model. We recommend charging overnight for daily commuters. The LED indicator turns green when fully charged. Do not leave the scooter charging for more than 12 hours.
What is the weight limit?
All DuoDian adult scooters support up to 220 lbs (100 kg). Exceeding the weight limit may reduce range, speed, and braking performance, and is not covered under warranty.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes! All DuoDian scooters include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering the motor, battery, and controller. We also offer a 90-day risk-free trial — if you're not satisfied, return it for a full refund.
How do I connect the DUODIAN App?
Download the DUODIAN App from the App Store or Google Play. Turn on your scooter, enable Bluetooth on your phone, and the app will automatically detect your scooter. You can then customize speed modes, check battery status, and lock/unlock your scooter remotely.
